Hide MyBlogLog in Yahoo Messenger status
My friend show their blog post in Yahoo Messenger status. I found out that came from MyBlogLog, which acquired by Yahoo. Some people think that’s privacy matter. I think so too, here is how to hide it, login to MyBlogLog using your Yahoo ID, go to My Account settings, go to Services tab, look for Yahoo Updates in Services List, if Yahoo Updates disabled-don’t change it, but if Yahoo Updates enabled, you can control it by click Manage-next to enabled/disabled field.
It will open Yahoo! Profiles, Manage My Updates page. For first time user, click show All Yahoo Sources, look for MyBlogLog, change from anyone to no one. After that, everytime login to Yahoo! Profile, you’ll get all the updates without click All Yahoo Sources.

Did you try this? Go to Manage My Updates page, change anyone to no one setting in that page. Maybe it’s your ISP cache or the browser cache
